Who I Am

I’ve spent 20+ years rolling up my sleeves in healthcare—I help teams put new tech in place, fix what’s not working, and get programs moving in the right direction. I’ve worked across IT, operations, strategy, PMOs and service lines. My sweet spot? Making complex projects feel doable and delivering real-world results.

• Get the Most Out of Your PMO: Your project teams should deliver real value—not just manage checklists. I bring structure (Agile, Routines, Playbooks, Frameworks like Cynefin) and simplify how teams work so they stay focused on outcomes.

• Run Better Operations: Tech is only half the job. I help teams run their day-to-day better—think improved workflows, fewer bottlenecks, better data use, and happier staff and patients.

AI? Yes! Used thoughtfully, AI can increase productivity, take on repetitive tasks, surface bottlenecks we might not see right away, and help teams work smarter. AI in healthcare isn’t here to replace people—it’s here to help them focus on patients and make better decisions.

What I've Done

• Helped IT portfolio team get organized and succeed with a company-wide shift to Scaled Agile. (Zayo Group)

• Oversaw everything from IT and data to facilities. Brought in more money, saved money, made life better for clients and staff, even remodeled a building. (Jewish Family Service)

• Ran programs and wrote the roadmap that helped launch their precision medicine initiative. (CommonSpirit Health)

• Led work across oncology and outpatient care, including rolling out a new EMR systems across the system. (Catholic Health Initiatives)

• Built and ran PMOs, Directed Quality Assurance and Engineering, Ran an IT/Data Center, On-site Rep leading hospital tech installs, Developed Radiology Software, Served as a Mental Health Counselor. (Early Career)

2. Paid Assessment & Roadmap: If there’s a mutual fit, we start with a short-term, fixed-fee assessment. I’ll meet with key stakeholders, review your systems and processes, and deliver a clear, actionable roadmap. You’ll get concrete recommendations and a plan you can implement—with or without me.

3. Engagement Agreement: If you decide to move forward, we align on scope, timing, and budget. I'll send over a simple contract outlining the services, deliverables, and timelines so everything is clear and transparent.

4. Execution and Support: I get to work helping you get the job done - whether that's implementing systems, improving operations, or leading programs. I bring structure, momentum, and measurable results, with flexibility to adapt as your needs evolve.
